Fitness Room

Adalah ruangan yg berisi fasilitas olah raga utk para karyawan dan tamu yg menginap mess management. Hal-hal yg harus diperhatikan oleh semua pihak adalah sbb : User The opening hours of fitness room as follow:     Monday – Friday: 07.00 – 11.00 and 17.00 – 21.00   Saturday, Sunday & Holidays: 07.00 – 21.00 Keep and maintain the fitness equipment well Switch off equipment when they have finished using the fitness room (when there is no one left in the room) Room PIC Clean and maintain the fitness room and its equipment regularly Open and close the door according to schedule GH Receptionists Open and close the door according to schedule

General Affair Handbook

General Affair (GA) di mill kami terbagi atas 3 seksi yg memiliki tugas dan fungsi masing-masing, yaitu : 1.    Board of Lodging (BL), 2.    Mill Affair (MA), dan 3.    Weigh Scale (WG) Semua seksi tersebut mempunyai tujuan agar terciptanya kondisi Mill dan mess bersih, raih dan teratur. Serta menunjang operasi mill dalam hal penimbangan berat muatan yg masuk ataupun keluar pabrik. Karaoke Room

Adalah sebuah ruangan tempat bernyanyi bersama yg bisa di pergunakan oleh karyawan ataupun tamu VIP yang berkunjung ke Mill Perawang. Ketentuan untuk dapat menggunakan karaoke tsb adalah sbb : User 1.       Room is available from 17.00 – 22.00 2.       Make application to Mill Head minimal 1 day before lending karaoke room 3.       Keep and maintain the karaoke equipment well 4.       Keep the room clean   Room PIC 1.       Clean and maintain the karaoke room and its equipment regularly 2.       Play the songs according to user’s requests 3.       Open and close the door according to schedule Room PIC 1.       Clean and maintain the fitness room and its equipment regularly 2.       Open ...

Clean Environment

Petugas dormitory harus menjaga kebersihan lingkungan seluruh areanya dg ketentuan sbb : 1.       Flowers should not reach the height of a grown up’s waist 2.       The height of flowers must be equally the same 3.       The height of grasses should be no more than 5 cm 4.       Trash bin lids must be closed to prevent unwanted animals looking for food  

Request Family Dormitory Aplication

Jika ada karyawan yg ingin mengajukan dormitory family, maka harus mengikuti ketentuan sbb : User 1.        Create family dormitory application 2.        Request for approval from superiors 3.       Submit the application to PAT office 4.       Sign commitment letter for future dormitory retun

Swimming Pool

Ada fasilitas kolam renang untuk para penghuni mess dan tamu yg menginap di area lingkungan mess management. Untuk menggunakan fasilitas kolam renan ini, maka semua pihak harus mengikuti ketentuan sbb : User 1.       Keep the children safe by guiding and watching them regularly 2.       Wearing swimming equipment properly Swimming Pool PIC 1.       Brush the swimming pool twice a week 2.       Vacuum the water three times a week 3.       Put hypo into the swimming pool twice a week 4.       Put PAC if the swimming pool gets dirty

VIP Canteen

Adalah kantin khusus untuk tamu-tamu VIP dan VVIP. Untuk menggunakannya, maka semua pihak harus melakukan langkah-langkah sbb : Guest/User : 1.       Create VIP Canteen Application at least one day before the serving date 2.       Request for superiors and Mill Head’s approval 3.       Submit the application to Dormitory PIC Dormitory PIC 1.       Inform the canteen’s cook to prepare meals according to user’s requests 2.       Inform shops to deliver beverages according to user’s requests 3.       Payment to ACC division Canteen’s Helpers 1.       Clean the VIP Canteen thoroughly before the serving date 2.       Check room inventories to ensure that they are working properly 3.       Prepare tables with eating utensils properl...
