Guest House (GH)

Agar tamu bisa menginap di GH yg berada di lingkungan mill, maka tamu,  penerima tamu (user) dan petugas GH harus melakukan langkah-langkah sbb :

Guest/User :

1.      Create e-visitor for guests

2.      Confirm with Guest House receptionist for the availability of Guest House

Guest House Receptionists

1.      Check the e-visitor for guest’s data

2.      Request for guest’s ID such as passport and marriage certificate

3.      Issue meal vouchers for guests (only for payment by cost center and project cost)

4.      Escort guests to Guest House and give the room key to the guests

5.      Key in guest’s data in  the Guest House Management system

6.      Request for room key when guest is about to check out

7.      Call for dormitory workman if there is anything wrong with the room
