Adalah kontraktor ataupun karyawan yg bertugas memastikan kerapihan dan kebersihan di dalam kamar yg akan di gunakan oleh para tamu, agar tercipta rasa nyaman saat kamar tsb di tempati oleh tamu. Tugas mereka di antaranya adalah sbb : 1. Clean the Guest House thoroughly before guests check in 2. Replace bed cover and pillow cover 3. Collect guest’s clothes for laundry services 4. Report to Guest House supervisor if there is anything wrong with the room
